CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATIONS

• Be sure to measure over underwear.
• Keep the measuring tape leveled and close, not tight.
• If possible, have someone else measure it, it’s more accurate.

1. Chest: Measure across the widest part of the chest, under the armpits and over the shoulder blades.
2. Waist: Measure around the natural waist line so that the tape measure fits snugly.
3. Hip: Standing with your heels together, measure at the thickest part of your hips.
